Most of our support staff are in recovery and some are graduates of the program.  All staff receive training required by NCDHSR regulations.

Ryan Craddock, MDiv, CADC, LCAS-A

Program Director


A graduate of Campbell University Divinity School with a concentration in Counseling,   Ryan is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and  Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate with the NCASPPB.   


Ryan has worked in Sober Living environments since 2010 and with Elmore-Blackley since 2015.  He is a Certified instructor for Prime For Life, Prime Solutions, and NCDHHS ADETS programs.  


 

Ted Fitzgerald, MSA

Executive Director - PRI Counseling Services, Inc.


Ted holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and has worked in the addiction treatment and healthcare field since 1993.  He has been an advocate for the advancement of substance abuse services at the State and Federal level and served on the committe to establish licensure for addiction professionals in North Carolina. 


He is a Past President of the Addiction Professionals of North Carolina and a past board delegate to NAADAC.  He received the prestigious Norbert Kelly Award from APNC, their highest honor.  


Ted is also active in the local community having served on the Board of Harnett Health Systems and  the Dunn City Planning Board.  He is a past Distinguished Lt. Governor with Kiwanis International. 

Joy Lamonds, LCAS, CCS, MAC

Clinical Director - PRI Counseling Services, Inc.


Joy is a NC Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor and is a Nationally Certified Master Addiction Counselor. 


She is a Trained Prime for Life and Prime Solutions Instructor and a trained EMDR therapist for the treatment of PTSD.


Joy also provides services with our partnership programs with Harnett County DSS, Harnett Court Diversion Program, and Veterans Court.
