Program Director
Patricia has worked in the field of addiction treatment and has been employed with EBFH since 1990. She is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with the State of North Carolina and has served as Program Director at Elmore-Blackley Home since 1997.
Ted Fitzgerald, MSHA
Ted holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and has worked in the addiction treatment and healthcare field since 1993. He served on the board of the Addiction Professionals of North Carolina was elected President of APNC in 1999. Ted has been an advocate for treatment services at the State and Federal level.
Timothy Creech
Tim has worked in the field of addiction treatment and been employed with EBFH for over 15 years. He serves as the live in night manager and also works as a halfway house technician. Tim is also a successful graduate of the program and remains clean and sober today.
